Beautiful Luigi Viprati 2 Clover grade pipe featuring excellent flame and birdseye grain under a warm natural smooth finish. Classic Italian bent apple shape with a generous rounded bowl, sterling silver (.925) band, and black vulcanite stem with the Viprati “LV” logo. Stamped “L. Viprati HAND MADE ITALY” along with the two clover grade marks.
Luigi Viprati (1943–2025) was one of Italy’s most respected self-taught artisan pipe makers, known for precise shaping, outstanding grain selection, and high standards. His clover grading system (1–5 clovers) indicates briar quality, with 2 Clovers representing a strong mid-to-upper grade. Since his passing, demand for Viprati pipes has continued to rise.
