Product Overview
Velani Fumata Briar 73 – Smooth Bent Billiard Estate Tobacco Pipe, Handmade in Italy
Attractive Italian Velani with the Fumata Briar contrast finish: dark-stained rim fading into warm brown flame grain on the bowl and shank. Classic bent billiard / pot proportions, black acrylic stem with gold band and Velani “A” logo. Stamped Velani / FUMATA BRIAR and ITALY 73.
Aldo Velani pipes are made by Cesare Barontini in Livorno, Italy, originally for the U.S. market. The Fumata line uses a darkened rim over polished briar for a dressy, two-tone look. Shape 73 is a compact bent smoker with good chamber depth for the size.
